Why can't I update my bank account information?

During the conversion period from Apex Clearing to Axos Clearing, we will be transferring bookkeeping functions to the new firm. You should receive an email about the addition of an external account for your non-Axos bank account as we move systems.

On January 25, 2021 you should be able to update your linked bank account information in your new dashboard by logging in to axosbank.com.
